This page explains how to request deletion of your Chip Me
account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email david@movietoons.co
from the email address used for your Chip Me account.
- Put "Chip Me account deletion request" in the subject line.
- Include the display name / username you use in the app so we can locate
your account.
Email a deletion request
We action verified requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once complete.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email address / Google sign-in link).
- Your profile — display name, username, and profile photo.
- Your gameplay data — scores, wins/losses, streaks, and league history.
What data is kept, and for how long
- We keep no personal data after deletion is complete.
- Anonymised or aggregated records that do not identify you (for example
overall game counts) may be retained.
- Where we are legally required to retain limited records, they are kept
only for the period required by law and then deleted.
