Chip Me is a pack of online card & dice games (Chip Me, Nerve, Rattle and Cribbage). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your data, show third-party ads, or use advertising trackers.

Who we are

Chip Me is operated by David Carr ("we", "us"). Contact: david@movietoons.co.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and the display name / username you choose. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's name, email, and profile photo.
• Gameplay data — the games you play: scores, wins and losses, streaks, per-turn timing, and league history with the friends you play against.
• Technical basics — standard connection information required to run the service securely.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or any sensitive personal information.

How your data is used

• To create and secure your account and let you sign back in.
• To run multiplayer games and show live game state to the players in your game.
• To keep your stats and your groups' league standings and history.

Who processes it

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, and Cloud Functions) to run the game and store data. Firebase processes data on our behalf under Google's terms. See Firebase's privacy information. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

• Unfinished/abandoned game rooms are deleted automatically within a short time.
• Your account, profile, stats and league history are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices & deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing david@movietoons.co. We will remove your profile, stats and personal data. See our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions and details of what is deleted or kept.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
